Love Fellowship and Community Assistance Activities

Currently Pondok Kasih Foundation serves 34 communities spread across Surabaya, Sidoarjo and Gresik. Precisely on Wednesday, June 26, 2024, Pondok Kasih served 12 communities, consisting of 139 adults and 27 children, in Keputih, Medokan Semampir, Surabaya.

The activity began with a joint worship service served by Pondok Kasih staff. Adult worship, the Word of God was delivered by Mr. Eko Kristanto, M.Th. and children’s worship was served by the Surabaya Smart Car Team.

After the joint worship, there was a group division according to the community area. Each community is accompanied by two facilitators from Pondok Kasih staff. The division of groups aims to be a place for community members to read and reflect on God’s fiman, strengthen and comfort each other. Before parting, each facilitator prayed for their respective groups.

And at the end of the activity, each adult member received 1 kg of rice, a blessing from donors and children received Milo milk from Mobil Pintar Surabaya.
